bcaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bcaji ("bcaji", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bcaji website at bcaji.org and all associated services, products, and game content accessible through the platform. These Terms must be read in their entirety before you register an account or participate in any gaming activity on bcaji.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bcaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify bcaji support immediately.

bcaji supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. bcaji does not charge processing fees on deposits made through supported mobile financial services, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply independently.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. bcaji aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding verification requirements. bcaji is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors will be void and any related winnings forfeited.

bcaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity over a prolonged period; or at the request of the account holder.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms exists, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcaji, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bcaji platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. bcaji's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bcaji does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bcaji will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages, internet infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.

bcaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bcaji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of bcaji following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of this document.
